Job Description

Job Summary

Fresher Jobs Hub is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Inbound Customer Service Representative to join our remote support team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling incoming customer queries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. You will serve as the first point of contact for customers based in the United States, providing timely, accurate, and professional assistance across various communication channels.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer calls, emails, and chat inquiries in a professional manner
  • Identify customer needs and provide accurate solutions in a timely way
  • Resolve product or service-related issues while maintaining service quality standards
  • Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when required
  • Follow company guidelines, policies, and communication standards
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and first-contact resolution
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery and processes

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Strong problem-solving and active listening abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM tools
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a professional phone/email manner
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required)

Experience

  • Freshers are welcome to apply
  • 0–2 years of experience in customer service, call center, or support roles preferred
  • Prior experience handling international (US/UK) customers is an advantage

Working Hours

  • Full-time position
  • USA working hours (Night shift as per IST time zone)
  • 5–6 working days per week depending on business requirements
  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays when required

  • Strong understanding of customer service principles
  • Ability to handle high call/chat volumes efficiently
  • Good typing speed with accuracy
  • Conflict resolution and de-escalation skills
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
