Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Closer (Remote) to join our dynamic sales team at InfoTech Solutions. This role is ideal for a persuasive communicator with strong sales acumen who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment. The Inside Sales Closer will be responsible for converting qualified leads into customers, driving revenue growth, and building strong client relationships through consultative selling.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound sales calls to convert qualified leads into paying customers
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services
Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations via phone or virtual meetings
Maintain a strong sales pipeline and consistently achieve monthly/quarterly targets
Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and close deals
Collaborate with marketing and lead generation teams to optimize conversion rates
Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems
Handle objections professionally and negotiate effectively to close deals
Provide excellent post-sale communication to ensure customer satisfaction
Required Skills and Qualifications
Proven experience in inside sales, telesales, or business development
Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills
Excellent verbal and written communication in English
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Strong understanding of CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
Goal-oriented mindset with a strong drive to exceed targets
High level of professionalism and customer-focused attitude
Experience
1–4 years of experience in inside sales, SaaS sales, IT services sales, or related fields preferred
Freshers with strong communication skills and sales aptitude may also be considered
Working Hours
Full-time remote position
Flexible schedule aligned with business needs and client availability
Expected availability during standard business hours with occasional extended hours based on sales cycles
