Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Closer (Remote) to join our dynamic sales team at InfoTech Solutions. This role is ideal for a persuasive communicator with strong sales acumen who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment. The Inside Sales Closer will be responsible for converting qualified leads into customers, driving revenue growth, and building strong client relationships through consultative selling.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound sales calls to convert qualified leads into paying customers
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations via phone or virtual meetings
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline and consistently achieve monthly/quarterly targets
  • Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and close deals
  • Collaborate with marketing and lead generation teams to optimize conversion rates
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems
  • Handle objections professionally and negotiate effectively to close deals
  • Provide excellent post-sale communication to ensure customer satisfaction

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in inside sales, telesales, or business development
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Strong understanding of CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a strong drive to exceed targets
  • High level of professionalism and customer-focused attitude

Experience

  • 1–4 years of experience in inside sales, SaaS sales, IT services sales, or related fields preferred
  • Freshers with strong communication skills and sales aptitude may also be considered

Working Hours

  • Full-time remote position
