Job Summary
Neptune Global Voyages is seeking a lively, enthusiastic, and guest-focused Junior Entertainment Host – Guest Activity and Events Assistant to join our onboard entertainment team. This role is ideal for an energetic individual passionate about creating memorable guest experiences through engaging activities, interactive events, and daily entertainment programs. You will support the entertainment department in delivering high-quality cruise experiences that exceed guest expectations and enhance overall satisfaction onboard.
Key Responsibilities

Assist in hosting daily onboard entertainment programs, games, and social activities

Support the organization and execution of themed events, parties, and performances

Engage with guests to encourage participation in recreational and entertainment activities

Help set up event venues, equipment, and activity materials as required

Work closely with senior entertainment staff and cruise directors

Ensure all activities run smoothly, safely, and on schedule

Provide excellent guest service and maintain a friendly onboard atmosphere

Assist in crowd engagement during shows, deck events, and recreational programs

Support promotional announcements and activity briefings

Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience

Working Hours

Rotational shifts onboard cruise vessels

Approximately 8–10 hours per day depending on itinerary and events

Evening, weekend, and holiday availability required

Contract-based rotation schedules (e.g., 4–6 months onboard service periods)
