Job Summary
Summit Bank is seeking a dynamic and motivated Management Trainee (Finance) to join its high-performing banking team. This entry-level development role is designed to build future finance leaders by providing structured training across core banking functions, financial operations, risk management, and analytical decision-making. The trainee will gain hands-on exposure to real-time banking processes while working closely with experienced professionals.
Key Responsibilities
