Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Engineer (Design) to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, analyzing, and improving mechanical systems and components from concept through to production. This role requires strong technical expertise, creativity in design, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality engineering solutions.
Key Responsibilities

Design and develop mechanical components, systems, and assemblies using CAD software

Prepare detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation

Perform engineering calculations, simulations, and design validation tests

Collaborate with production, electrical, and project teams to ensure design feasibility

Improve existing product designs for performance, cost efficiency, and manufacturability

Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company guidelines

Support prototyping, testing, and troubleshooting of mechanical systems

Participate in design reviews and provide technical recommendations

Maintain accurate records of design iterations and project updates
Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field

Proficiency in CAD tools (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA, or equivalent)

Strong understanding of mechanical design principles and materials

Knowledge of manufacturing processes and engineering standards

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Strong attention to detail and design accuracy

Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment

Good communication and documentation skills
Experience

2–5 years of experience in mechanical design or product development preferred

Fresh graduates with strong academic performance and internship experience may also apply
Working Hours

Full-time position

Standard working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Occasional overtime may be required based on project deadlines
