Job Summary
Dr. Ankuja Skin & Hair Clinic is seeking a motivated, customer-focused, and energetic Telecaller to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in building strong patient relationships by handling inbound and outbound calls, scheduling appointments, providing information about skin and hair treatments, and ensuring a positive patient experience from the first interaction.
This role is ideal for individuals who have excellent communication skills, a pleasant phone manner, and a passion for helping clients find the right healthcare and aesthetic solutions. The Telecaller will serve as an important bridge between patients and the clinic, helping maintain operational efficiency while supporting business growth.
Key Responsibilities

Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally and courteously.

Explain clinic services, treatments, consultations, packages, and promotional offers to prospective and existing patients.

Schedule, confirm, reschedule, and manage patient appointments efficiently.

Follow up with leads generated through digital marketing campaigns, website inquiries, social media, and referrals.

Maintain accurate patient records, call logs, and appointment details in the clinic system.

Address patient queries regarding services, consultation fees, treatment procedures, and doctor availability.

Build rapport with potential clients and encourage appointment bookings.

Follow up with previous patients for reviews, repeat visits, and treatment continuity.

Coordinate with doctors, front desk staff, and clinic management for smooth scheduling and patient handling.

Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.

Handle patient concerns or escalations professionally and direct them to the appropriate team when needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in any discipline preferred.

Previous experience in telecalling, customer support, sales, healthcare coordination, or clinic operations is preferred.

Strong verbal communication skills in English and regional languages.

Good interpersonal and persuasion skills.

Basic computer knowledge including MS Office, CRM software, and appointment scheduling systems.

Professional telephone etiquette and customer handling abilities.

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Experience
-
Freshers with strong communication skills may apply.

1–3 years of experience in telecalling, clinic coordination, healthcare sales, or customer service will be an added advantage.

Experience in dermatology, cosmetology, beauty, wellness, or healthcare industries is highly preferred.
Working Hours
Morning Shift: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Evening Shift: 2:00 PM – 7:00 PM

6 days working per week.

Rotational weekly off as per clinic policy.

Flexibility to work either morning or evening shifts based on business requirements.
