Job Summary
Netflix is seeking detail-oriented and culturally aware individuals to join its global content operations team as Metadata Taggers. In this fully remote role, you will play a critical part in enhancing the viewer experience by accurately tagging and categorizing content across a wide range of genres, languages, and regions. This position is ideal for individuals passionate about movies, TV shows, and storytelling, with a keen eye for detail and strong analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities

Review and analyze films, series, and other content to identify themes, genres, moods, and key elements

Assign accurate metadata tags to improve content discoverability and personalization

Maintain consistency and accuracy in tagging based on internal guidelines and taxonomies

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including editorial, product, and engineering

Stay updated on global entertainment trends and cultural nuances

Ensure high-quality standards and meet productivity targets within deadlines
Required Skills and Qualifications

Strong command of English (additional languages are a plus)

Experience
