Job Summary
The NGO Campaign Manager will be responsible for planning, developing, and executing high-impact advocacy and fundraising campaigns that support the mission and programs of HopeBridge International. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong communication skills, capable of driving awareness, engagement, and donor participation across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional initiatives to amplify the organization’s social impact at local, national, and global levels.
Key Responsibilities

Design and implement integrated campaign strategies aligned with organizational goals

Lead end-to-end execution of fundraising, awareness, and advocacy campaigns

Coordinate with marketing, communications, and program teams for unified messaging

Develop compelling campaign content including stories, press releases, and digital media

Manage relationships with donors, sponsors, influencers, and partner organizations

Monitor campaign performance metrics and prepare analytical reports for leadership

Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and campaign timelines

Organize events, outreach programs, and community engagement activities

Ensure compliance with NGO standards, ethics, and regulatory guidelines

Identify new opportunities for outreach, partnerships, and donor acquisition
Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Social Sciences, or related field

Strong understanding of NGO operations and campaign management principles

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Proven ability to design and execute multi-channel campaigns

Strong storytelling and content development abilities

Experience

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in campaign management, fundraising, marketing, or NGO sector work

Experience in managing social impact campaigns or donor engagement initiatives preferred

Prior experience working with international NGOs will be an added advantage
Working Hours

Full-time position

Standard working hours: 40–45 hours per week

Flexible working arrangements may be available depending on campaign requirements
