Job Description

Job Summary

SaveLife Foundation is seeking a motivated and passionate NGO Fundraising Executive to support and drive fundraising initiatives that sustain and expand our social impact programs. The role involves engaging with donors, developing fundraising strategies, and building long-term relationships with individuals, corporates, and institutional supporters. The ideal candidate is highly communicative, goal-oriented, and committed to social development work.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute fundraising campaigns to meet organizational funding targets
  • Identify and approach potential donors, sponsors, and corporate partners
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing donors and ensure ongoing engagement
  • Organize fundraising events, online campaigns, and awareness drives
  • Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and donor communication materials
  • Track fundraising performance and prepare regular reports for management
  • Collaborate with marketing and program teams to align fundraising with project needs
  • Ensure compliance with fundraising regulations and ethical standards

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage)
  • Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build trust and maintain long-term professional relationships
  • Good understanding of fundraising strategies and donor psychology
  • Proficiency in MS Office and digital communication tools
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills

Experience

  • 1–3 years of experience in fundraising, sales, marketing, NGO outreach, or related fields preferred
  • Freshers with strong communication skills and passion for social impact may also apply

Working Hours

  • Full-time position
  • Standard working hours: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM (may vary based on campaign needs)
  • Flexibility required during events, donor meetings, or fundraising drives

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Understanding of fundraising techniques including online crowdfunding and corporate CSR engagement
  • Ability to analyze donor data and campaign performance
  • Strong persuasion and storytelling ability to communicate impact effectively
  • Team collaboration and leadership potential
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet fundraising targets
  • Ethical decision-making and professionalism in donor handling
