Job Description

Job Summary

LifeCare Org is seeking a passionate, strategic, and results-driven NGO Partnership Manager to build and maintain strong relationships with donors, corporate partners, government agencies, community organizations, and international stakeholders. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in expanding the organization’s partnerships, securing collaborative opportunities, and supporting long-term organizational growth.

The NGO Partnership Manager will work closely with internal departments to identify partnership opportunities, manage stakeholder engagement, and ensure successful implementation of joint initiatives. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, networking, and project management skills, along with a deep commitment to social impact and community development.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement partnership strategies to support organizational goals and mission objectives.
  • Identify and establish relationships with NGOs, corporate organizations, donors, foundations, and government institutions.
  • Manage existing partnerships and ensure long-term collaboration and engagement.
  • Prepare partnership proposals, presentations, reports, and Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs).
  • Coordinate meetings, networking events, and stakeholder engagement activities.
  • Collaborate with fundraising and program teams to secure sponsorships and funding opportunities.
  • Monitor partnership performance and provide regular updates to senior management.
  • Conduct market research to identify new partnership opportunities and industry trends.
  • Represent the organization at conferences, workshops, and public events.
  • Ensure all partnership activities align with organizational values, policies, and compliance requirements.
  • Build strategic alliances that enhance program visibility and community outreach.
  • Maintain accurate records of partnership agreements, communications, and outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Relations, Public Administration, Social Work, Communications, or a related field.
  • Master’s degree or professional certification is an added advantage.
  • Strong understanding of nonprofit operations, stakeholder management, and partnership development.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to negotiate and build sustainable professional relationships.
  • Strong organizational and project coordination abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM platforms, and virtual collaboration tools.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Knowledge of fundraising principles and donor engagement strategies is preferred.

Experience

  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in partnership management, business development, fundraising, or NGO program coordination.
  • Previous experience working in nonprofit organizations, humanitarian agencies, or social impact sectors is highly desirable.
  • Proven track record of developing successful strategic partnerships and collaborations.
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders and cross-functional projects.

Working Hours

  • Full-time position
  • Monday to Friday
  • Flexible working arrangements may be available depending on project requirements.
  • Occasional evening or weekend work may be required for events, meetings, or partnership activities.
