Job Summary
PrimeAssist Hub is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Online Customer Success Coordinator to join our dynamic remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless customer journey, fostering strong client relationships, and driving customer satisfaction and retention. You will act as the primary point of contact for customers, helping them maximize the value of our services while addressing their needs efficiently.
Key Responsibilities

Serve as the main liaison between the company and customers through online channels (chat, email, and support platforms).

Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.

Onboard new customers and guide them through product/service usage.

Monitor customer engagement and proactively address potential issues.

Resolve customer queries, complaints, and concerns in a timely manner.

Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product, and technical support) to enhance customer experience.

Track customer feedback and suggest improvements to products or services.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Ensure customer satisfaction targets and KPIs are consistently met.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelorโs degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in using CRM tools and customer support software.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Comfortable working in a remote environment.
Experience

1โ3 years of experience in customer success, customer service, or a related role.

Experience in online or remote customer handling is preferred.

Familiarity with SaaS or digital service environments is an added advantage.
Working Hours

Flexible remote working schedule.

Availability to work in rotational shifts, including weekends if required.

Standard workweek: 5 days, with 2 days off.
