Job Summary
Chaosology is seeking a passionate and articulate Online English Conversation Coach to join our dynamic remote team. This role is ideal for individuals who are enthusiastic about helping learners improve their spoken English fluency, confidence, and communication skills in a supportive, engaging, and interactive environment. As a coach, you will work with learners from diverse cultural and professional backgrounds, delivering personalized conversational sessions that focus on real-world communication.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct one-on-one and group English conversation sessions via online platforms

Design and deliver engaging, learner-centered conversation activities

Provide constructive feedback on pronunciation, grammar, vocabulary, and fluency

Customize lesson plans based on learners’ goals, proficiency levels, and interests

Track student progress and maintain session reports

Encourage a positive and inclusive learning environment

Stay updated with modern teaching methodologies and digital tools

Collaborate with internal teams to improve curriculum and learning outcomes
Required Skills and Qualifications

Excellent command of spoken and written English (near-native or native proficiency)

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to engage and motivate learners in a virtual setting

Basic understanding of language learning principles

Tech-savvy with familiarity in online teaching platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.)

TEFL/TESOL certification is an advantage but not mandatory
Experience

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in teaching, coaching, or tutoring English (preferred)

Experience in online teaching or remote coaching environments is highly desirable

Freshers with exceptional communication skills and passion for teaching may also apply
