Job Summary
InfoTech Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and highly responsible Online Exam Proctor – Remote Verification Specialist to support the integrity and security of virtual examination environments. In this role, you will monitor online assessments, verify candidate identities, enforce examination protocols, and ensure a fair testing experience for all participants. The successful candidate will play a critical role in preserving academic and professional certification standards by identifying irregularities, documenting incidents, and supporting candidates throughout the examination process.
Key Responsibilities

Monitor live online examinations through remote proctoring platforms, ensuring compliance with testing policies and procedures.

Verify candidate identity using approved authentication methods, including photo identification and biometric or system-based verification where applicable.

Conduct pre-exam environment checks, including workspace inspection, device validation, and prohibited material screening.

Observe candidate behavior throughout examinations and identify suspicious activities or policy violations.

Document incidents accurately and prepare detailed reports for compliance and quality review teams.

Provide real-time assistance to candidates experiencing technical issues during the exam process.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience
