Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Online SAT & IGCSE Verbal Skills Trainer to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging online instruction in reading comprehension, writing, grammar, vocabulary, and critical reasoning for SAT and IGCSE students. You will play a key role in improving students’ verbal performance through structured lessons, personalized feedback, and test-focused strategies. This is a remote teaching role requiring strong communication skills, subject expertise, and a student-centered approach.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality online classes for SAT Evidence-Based Reading & Writing and IGCSE English Language curriculum
Teach grammar, vocabulary, reading comprehension, and essay writing strategies
Design lesson plans, practice tests, and revision materials aligned with exam standards
Evaluate student performance and provide detailed feedback for improvement
Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and one-on-one mentoring when required
Track student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly
Prepare students for standardized test formats with time management techniques
Maintain academic records and progress reports for assigned students
Collaborate with academic teams to improve curriculum effectiveness

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or related field
Strong expertise in SAT Verbal/English and IGCSE English curriculum
Excellent command of English (spoken and written)
Proven ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and engaging manner
Strong classroom management and online teaching skills
Familiarity with digital teaching tools (Zoom, Google Classroom, LMS platforms)
Ability to create structured lesson plans and assessments

Experience

Minimum 2–4 years of teaching experience in SAT/IGCSE/English language training preferred
Experience in online teaching or edtech platforms is an added advantage
Freshers with exceptional subject knowledge and communication skills may also be considered

Working Hours

Flexible online teaching schedule
Part-time or full-time engagement based on availability
Evening and weekend batches may be required depending on student demand
