Job Summary

LeadGen Experts is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outbound Sales Representative to join our growing remote team. This is a commission-based role ideal for individuals who thrive in a performance-oriented environment and are passionate about sales, lead generation, and client acquisition. You will play a critical role in expanding our client base by proactively reaching out to potential customers, presenting our services, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct outbound calls, emails, and messages to prospective clients daily
Identify and qualify leads through effective questioning and active listening
Present and promote company services to potential clients with confidence
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients
Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs on a consistent basis
Maintain accurate records of all interactions in CRM systems
Follow up on leads and nurture prospects through the sales funnel
Collaborate with the internal team to refine outreach strategies

Required Skills and Qualifications

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales platforms is an advantage
Basic understanding of sales techniques and customer psychology
Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace

Experience

Previous experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or lead generation is preferred
Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude are encouraged to apply
Experience in commission-based roles will be an added advantage

Working Hours
