Job Summary
Fresher Jobs Hub is seeking enthusiastic and motivated young individuals aged 16 and above to join our team as Online Tutors. This role offers a flexible, work-from-home opportunity for students who are passionate about teaching and helping others learn. As an Online Tutor, you will assist peers or younger students in subjects you excel in, using digital platforms to deliver engaging and effective lessons while earning an income.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct online tutoring sessions in assigned subjects (e.g., Math, English, Science, etc.)

Explain concepts clearly and adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles

Assist students with homework, assignments, and exam preparation

Prepare simple lesson plans and practice materials

Track student progress and provide constructive feedback

Maintain a positive, encouraging, and respectful learning environment

Communicate regularly with students and, when required, parents or supervisors
Required Skills and Qualifications

Minimum age of 16 years

Strong understanding of at least one academic subject

Good verbal and written communication skills in English

Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with online tools (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.)

Ability to explain concepts in a simple and clear manner

Experience

No prior professional experience required

Previous informal teaching experience (helping classmates, siblings, or friends) is an advantage
