MSP Group of Companies is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Part-Time Customer Relationship Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals who excel in communication, relationship-building, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a key point of contact for clients, you will play a vital role in strengthening customer satisfaction, enhancing brand loyalty, and supporting business growth.


Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and online channels.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
  • Address customer concerns, provide appropriate solutions, and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and transactions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Assist in customer retention initiatives and engagement activities.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell company products and services.
  • Ensure a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction at all times.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship management abilities.
  • Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools, email handling).
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

  • Minimum educational qualification: Bachelorโ€™s degree or equivalent.

Experience

  • Freshers are welcome to apply.
  • 0โ€“2 years of experience in customer service, customer relations, or a similar role is preferred.
  • Experience in handling clients or working in a service-oriented environment will be an added advantage.

Working Hours

  • Part-time role with flexible working hours.
  • Availability for 4โ€“6 hours per day, depending on business requirements.
