Job Description

Job Summary

The Virtual Event Coordinator will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing online events, webinars, and virtual engagement sessions. This part-time remote role requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced digital environment. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless virtual experiences for participants, speakers, and stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate virtual events, webinars, and online workshops
  • Communicate with speakers, guests, and participants before and during events
  • Manage event schedules, invitations, and registration processes
  • Coordinate with technical teams to ensure smooth virtual platform operation
  • Monitor live events and provide real-time troubleshooting support
  • Prepare event reports, feedback summaries, and attendance records
  • Assist in promoting events through digital channels and email campaigns
  • Ensure high-quality user experience for all virtual attendees

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal)
  • Basic understanding of virtual meeting platforms (Zoom, Teams, Google Meet, etc.)
  • Good organizational and time-management abilities
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace
  • Strong problem-solving mindset

Experience

  • Prior experience in event coordination, administration, customer support, or virtual assistance is an advantage
