As a Delivery Executive, you will represent the brand while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction through timely deliveries and professional communication.
Key Responsibilities
Pick up grocery orders from designated Instamart stores or fulfillment hubs.
Deliver customer orders within assigned delivery zones while maintaining delivery timelines.
Verify order details before dispatch to ensure order accuracy.
Maintain professional communication with customers regarding order updates.
Handle cash-on-delivery payments where applicable and ensure proper payment reconciliation.
Follow route optimization and navigation systems for efficient delivery.
Ensure safe driving practices and compliance with traffic rules and company policies.
Report delivery issues, delays, or customer concerns to the operations team.
Maintain cleanliness and roadworthiness of the delivery vehicle.
Ownership of a bike/scooter with valid insurance and registration.
Smartphone with internet connectivity for delivery applications.
Basic understanding of local routes and navigation apps.
Good communication skills in local language; basic English is an advantage.
Strong customer service orientation.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Experience

Previous experience in delivery services, logistics, courier services, or e-commerce operations will be an added advantage.

Working Hours
Flexible part-time shifts available.
