KAMS Education is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Part-Time Hospital Admin & Faculty Member to support both academic instruction and healthcare administration functions. The role is designed for professionals who can balance teaching responsibilities with administrative coordination in a healthcare education environment. The ideal candidate will contribute to delivering high-quality training programs while ensuring smooth operational support within hospital-linked academic activities.


Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver lectures, workshops, and practical training sessions for healthcare and hospital administration students
  • Develop lesson plans, study materials, and assessment tools aligned with curriculum standards
  • Support hospital administrative operations including documentation, scheduling, and coordination
  • Assist in maintaining academic records, attendance, and student performance reports
  • Guide students during internships and clinical exposure programs
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to integrate practical learning with theory
  • Ensure compliance with institutional and healthcare education standards
  • Participate in curriculum development and academic improvement initiatives

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, Nursing, or related field
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Good understanding of hospital operations and healthcare systems
  • Ability to manage academic and administrative tasks simultaneously
  • Proficiency in MS Office and academic management tools
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment

Experience

  • 1–3 years of experience in hospital administration, healthcare education, or teaching preferred
  • Freshers with strong academic background and internship exposure may also apply

Working Hours

  • Part-Time Position
  • Flexible schedule based on academic timetable and hospital administrative needs
  • Approximately 15–25 hours per week
