Job Summary
Jothydev's Diabetes Research is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced Part-Time Hospital Pharmacy Warehouse Manager to oversee the daily operations of our pharmacy warehouse and inventory management functions. This role is critical in ensuring the safe storage, accurate inventory control, timely distribution, and regulatory compliance of pharmaceutical products, medical consumables, and healthcare supplies.
The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership capabilities, inventory expertise, and a deep understanding of pharmaceutical warehousing standards within a healthcare environment. Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations of the pharmacy warehouse, ensuring smooth receiving, storage, and dispatch of medicines and medical supplies.

Maintain accurate inventory records for pharmaceuticals, consumables, and clinical supplies using warehouse management systems.

Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment to prevent shortages or overstock situations.

Ensure proper storage conditions for temperature-sensitive medications and specialty healthcare products.

Conduct regular stock audits, cycle counts, and reconciliation of physical inventory with system records.

Coordinate with pharmacists, procurement teams, suppliers, and hospital departments for efficient inventory flow.

Implement warehouse safety procedures and ensure compliance with healthcare and pharmaceutical regulations.

Supervise warehouse support staff, assign tasks, and monitor productivity.

Manage expiry tracking, batch tracking, and disposal procedures for expired or damaged products.

Prepare operational reports related to inventory status, procurement trends, and warehouse performance.

Support process improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency and accuracy.

Ensure documentation and recordkeeping meet internal policies and regulatory standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelorโs degree in Pharmacy, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

Additional certification in warehouse management, inventory control, or healthcare logistics is preferred.

Strong understanding of pharmaceutical storage guidelines and healthcare compliance standards.

Proficiency in inventory management software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office applications.

Experience
