Job Summary
Cyberoid Academy is seeking an enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and student-focused Part-Time IGCSE Psychology Teacher to join our growing academic team. This role is ideal for educators who are passionate about psychology, committed to academic excellence, and experienced in delivering engaging online lessons to secondary and higher secondary students.
As an Online IGCSE Psychology Teacher, you will be responsible for designing and delivering high-quality virtual lessons aligned with the IGCSE curriculum, supporting students in their academic development, and helping them build critical thinking, analytical, and research skills essential for success in psychology studies.
Key Responsibilities

Deliver interactive and academically rigorous online classes for IGCSE Psychology students.

Plan lessons according to the IGCSE syllabus, examination standards, and learning objectives.

Create engaging teaching materials, presentations, assignments, worksheets, and assessments.

Evaluate student performance through quizzes, assignments, mock exams, and classroom participation.

Provide personalized academic guidance and constructive feedback to students.

Identify individual learning gaps and implement strategies to improve student understanding.

Prepare students for internal assessments, final examinations, and coursework requirements.

Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, lesson progress, and student performance.

Communicate professionally with parents or guardians when required regarding academic progress.

Participate in curriculum planning meetings, teacher development sessions, and academic reviews.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelorโs degree in Psychology, Education, Behavioral Sciences, or a related academic discipline.

Masterโs degree in Psychology or Education is preferred.

Teaching certification, international teaching credentials, or equivalent educational qualification is an advantage.

Strong understanding of IGCSE Psychology curriculum, assessment standards, and examination patterns.

Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Strong classroom management skills in a virtual teaching environment.

Proficiency in online teaching tools, learning management systems, and virtual classroom platforms.
Experience

Minimum 2โ5 years of teaching experience in Psychology or related subjects.

Prior experience teaching IGCSE, GCSE, Cambridge, Edexcel, or equivalent international curricula is highly preferred.

Experience in online teaching or virtual tutoring is essential.

Working Hours

Part-Time Remote Position.

Flexible teaching schedule based on student batches and international time zones.
