Job Description

Job Summary

KindHearts NGO is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Part-Time NGO Support Assistant to support its community-driven programs and administrative operations. The role involves assisting in day-to-day coordination of NGO activities, supporting field and outreach teams, managing documentation, and contributing to social impact initiatives. This position is ideal for individuals passionate about social work, community service, and nonprofit operations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the coordination and execution of NGO programs and outreach activities
  • Support administrative tasks including data entry, record keeping, and report preparation
  • Communicate with beneficiaries, volunteers, and field staff as required
  • Help organize community events, awareness campaigns, and training sessions
  • Maintain and update program databases and documentation
  • Support fundraising and donor communication activities when needed
  • Ensure timely follow-up on assigned tasks and field reports
  • Collaborate with team members to improve operational efficiency

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum educational qualification: High School Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
  • Strong communication skills in English (additional local language is an advantage)
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, data entry tools)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Empathy and interest in social development work
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset

Experience

  • Freshers can apply
  • Prior experience in NGO work, volunteering, administration, or customer support is an advantage but not mandatory

Working Hours

  • Part-time role (approximately 4–6 hours per day)
  • Flexible schedule depending on project and field requirements
  • May require occasional weekend participation during events or campaigns
