Job Summary
The American Red Cross is seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate Part-Time Remote Patient Appointment Scheduler to support its healthcare coordination services. In this role, you will be responsible for managing patient appointment bookings, ensuring efficient scheduling, and delivering exceptional customer service to patients and healthcare providers. Key Responsibilities

Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments through phone, email, or digital systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience
