Job Summary
Heads Up For Tails is seeking an energetic, customer-focused, and passionate Part-Time Retail Sales Associate to join our growing retail team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service, assisting pet parents in finding the right products, and contributing to the overall success of the store.
You will serve as a brand ambassador, ensuring every customer has a memorable shopping experience while supporting daily store operations and sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities

Welcome customers warmly and create a positive shopping experience.

Understand customer needs and recommend suitable pet products, accessories, food, toys, grooming essentials, and wellness products.

Build strong relationships with customers and encourage repeat business through excellent service.

Maintain strong product knowledge across all categories, including pet nutrition, care, accessories, and lifestyle products.

Assist customers with product selection, promotions, pricing, and purchases.

Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently.

Handle cash, digital payments, and billing transactions with accuracy.

Ensure store shelves are stocked, organized, clean, and visually appealing.

Support inventory management activities, including stock replenishment, product labeling, and stock counting.

Assist in implementing promotional campaigns, in-store displays, and merchandising activities.

Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback professionally.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Working Hours
