Job Summary
HamlynBio is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Part-Time Warehouse Packing & Billing Associate to support daily warehouse operations, including product packing, order verification, and billing documentation. The role is essential in ensuring accurate order fulfillment, timely dispatch, and smooth coordination between warehouse and administrative functions. This position is ideal for individuals who are organized, efficient, and comfortable working in a fast-paced logistics environment.
Key Responsibilities

Accurately pick, pack, and label products according to order requirements

Verify product quantities and quality before dispatch

Prepare and maintain billing documents, invoices, and shipment records

Coordinate with inventory and logistics teams for smooth order processing

Ensure proper handling, storage, and packaging of bio-related or sensitive products

Update shipment and billing status in internal systems or registers

Assist in stock checks, cycle counts, and inventory reconciliation

Follow company safety, hygiene, and warehouse compliance standards

Report discrepancies, damages, or missing items to supervisors promptly
Required Skills and Qualifications

Minimum education: High School / Diploma (preferred)

Basic understanding of warehouse operations and billing processes

Good attention to detail and accuracy in documentation

Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel or inventory software preferred)

Ability to handle physical tasks such as packing and organizing goods

Experience

Working Hours
