Job Summary
HR Talent Solutions is seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and technically skilled Podcast Manager to oversee the end-to-end production of high-quality podcast content. This remote role involves managing audio editing workflows, enhancing sound quality, and crafting compelling show notes that improve audience engagement and discoverability. Key Responsibilities

Manage full podcast production lifecycle from raw audio to final published episode

Perform high-quality audio editing including noise reduction, leveling, trimming, and mastering

Add intros, outros, music, and sound effects in alignment with brand guidelines

Create structured and SEO-friendly show notes for each episode

Coordinate with hosts, guests, and content creators to ensure timely delivery

Ensure consistency in audio branding and episode formatting

Upload and schedule episodes across podcast hosting platforms

Monitor audio quality standards and continuously improve production output

Maintain an organized content library and episode archive

Collaborate with marketing teams to support promotional content
Required Skills and Qualifications

Proven experience in podcast production or audio editing

Proficiency with tools such as Audacity, Adobe Audition, GarageBand, or similar DAWs

Strong understanding of audio engineering fundamentals

Excellent written communication skills for show notes creation

Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Experience
