Job Description

Job Summary

OneTech Associates is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Product Support Specialist to join our remote support team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers using our SaaS platform, delivering real-time assistance via chat. You will troubleshoot product issues, guide users through features, and ensure a seamless customer experience. This position requires strong communication skills, technical aptitude, and a passion for helping users succeed in a fast-paced, digital environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and accurate support to customers via live chat and messaging platforms.
  • Troubleshoot technical and functional issues related to the SaaS product.
  • Guide users through onboarding, feature usage, and best practices.
  • Document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the support system.
  • Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate internal teams.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to relay customer feedback and improve the platform.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features, updates, and industry trends.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction by delivering empathetic and solution-oriented support.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in handling live chat support tools and CRM systems.
  • Basic technical troubleshooting skills (SaaS platforms, browsers, integrations).
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-centric mindset.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple conversations simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Familiarity with SaaS products and cloud-based applications is preferred.

Experience

  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in customer support, preferably in a SaaS or tech environment.
  • Prior experience in chat-based support is highly desirable.
  • Experience working remotely or in distributed teams is an advantage.

Working Hours

  • Fully remote position with flexible scheduling options.
  • Availability to work in rotational shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.
  • Expected to maintain consistent availability during assigned shift hours.
