Job Description

Job Summary

WorldCare NGO is seeking a dedicated and organized Project Support Executive to assist in the planning, coordination, and successful execution of community development and humanitarian projects. The ideal candidate will provide administrative and operational support to project teams, maintain project documentation, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure smooth communication between departments and field operations.

This role is ideal for individuals passionate about social impact, nonprofit operations, and community service. The Project Support Executive will play a key role in supporting project timelines, reporting activities, and ensuring projects are delivered effectively and efficiently.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and operational support for NGO projects and programs.
  • Coordinate project schedules, meetings, training sessions, and field activities.
  • Maintain project records, reports, databases, and documentation accurately.
  • Assist in preparing project proposals, presentations, and donor reports.
  • Communicate with internal departments, community partners, volunteers, and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor project progress and help ensure deadlines are achieved.
  • Support budgeting activities and expense tracking for project operations.
  • Assist field teams in organizing awareness campaigns, workshops, and outreach activities.
  • Prepare meeting minutes and follow-up action plans.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and donor requirements.
  • Support data collection and reporting for project evaluation and impact assessment.
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and coordination tasks professionally.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Business Administration, Public Administration, Development Studies, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to manage documentation and maintain accurate records.
  • Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Knowledge of nonprofit operations and community development programs is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving and time-management abilities.

Experience

  • 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, administration, NGO operations, or support services.
  • Freshers with strong communication and organizational skills may also apply.
  • Experience working with nonprofit organizations, charities, or community-based projects will be an advantage.
  • Exposure to donor-funded projects and reporting processes is desirable.

Working Hours

  • Full-time position
  • Monday to Friday
  • Flexible working environment depending on project requirements
  • Occasional field visits and weekend activities may be required during special campaigns or events
