Job Summary

HR Talent Solutions is seeking a motivated and persuasive Real Estate Cold Caller (Remote) to join our growing sales support team. In this role, you will be responsible for initiating outbound calls to potential property owners, buyers, and leads to generate interest, qualify prospects, and schedule appointments for real estate agents. This is a performance-driven position offering a competitive base salary plus attractive bonus incentives based on lead conversion and appointments booked.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct outbound cold calls to property owners, investors, and potential real estate clients
Identify and qualify leads based on predefined criteria
Present property opportunities and services in a clear and engaging manner
Schedule appointments for real estate agents and sales closers
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in CRM systems
Follow up with potential clients to nurture interest and engagement
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets
Handle objections professionally and maintain a positive customer experience
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve outreach strategies

Required Skills and Qualifications

Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills
Strong command of English (additional languages are a plus)
Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated in a high-volume calling role
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools (training provided if needed)
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Self-disciplined and able to work independently in a remote environment
Customer-focused mindset with a professional telephone etiquette

Experience

0–3 years of experience in cold calling, telesales, customer service, or real estate outreach preferred
Freshers with strong communication skills and confidence in speaking are welcome to apply

Working Hours

Full-time remote position
Flexible schedule with expected alignment to target market time zones
Weekly performance targets must be met regardless of working hour flexibility

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Understanding of basic real estate terminology is an advantage
Ability to quickly learn scripts and adapt to different customer responses
Strong negotiation and lead qualification skills
High level of resilience and persistence in sales conversations
Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment
