Job Summary
BrightView Corporate Services is seeking a professional, organized, and customer-focused Receptionist – Front Desk and Admin Assistant to serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and employees. The ideal candidate will play a key role in creating a welcoming environment while ensuring the smooth operation of front desk activities and administrative support functions.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a friendly and professional manner.

Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls promptly and efficiently.

Manage front desk operations, ensuring the reception area remains organized and presentable.

Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and package deliveries.

Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.

Maintain office records, filing systems, and administrative documentation.

Support management and departments with clerical and administrative tasks.

Order and monitor office supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels.

Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodation bookings, and meeting logistics when required.

Assist with data entry, report preparation, and document management.

Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and workplace standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications

High school diploma, certificate, or equivalent qualification (additional administration training is an advantage).

Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Experience

Minimum 1–3 years of experience in reception, front desk operations, customer service, or administrative support roles.

Experience handling multi-line phone systems and office scheduling tools is an advantage.
Working Hours

Full-time position.

Monday to Friday (with occasional weekend support if required).

Standard office hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, depending on operational requirements.
