Job Summary

InfoTech Solutions is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Remote B2B Sales Director to lead and expand our enterprise sales operations across the Midlands Tech Corridor and wider UK market. This senior leadership role is responsible for driving strategic revenue growth, building high-value client relationships, and scaling our B2B technology solutions portfolio. The ideal candidate will bring a strong track record in enterprise sales leadership, consultative selling, and market expansion within the technology sector.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive B2B sales strategy aligned with company growth objectives
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing remote sales team
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across mid-market and enterprise clients
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Oversee the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation and closure
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to optimize go-to-market strategies
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to refine sales approaches
  • Establish and monitor KPIs, sales forecasts, and performance metrics
  • Represent InfoTech Solutions at industry events, conferences, and networking engagements
  • Ensure consistent achievement or exceeding of revenue targets

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in B2B sales leadership, preferably in the technology or SaaS sector
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to lead and inspire remote, cross-functional teams
  • Deep understanding of enterprise sales cycles and consultative selling methodologies
  • Strategic thinking with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)

Experience

  • Minimum 8–12 years of progressive experience in B2B sales
  • At least 4–6 years in a senior sales leadership or Sales Director role
  • Demonstrated success in managing large accounts and complex sales pipelines
  • Experience working with remote or distributed teams preferred

Working Hours

  • Full-time, remote position
  • Standard working hours aligned with UK business time zones
  • Flexibility required for client meetings across different time zones
  • Occasional travel for business meetings, conferences, and strategic events
