Job Summary

HR Talent Solutions is seeking a dynamic and highly engaged Remote Community Manager – Discord & Web3 Hubs to lead, grow, and energize online communities across Discord and decentralized Web3 ecosystems. In this role, you will be responsible for fostering meaningful interactions, driving community engagement, and building a strong sense of belonging among members in fast-evolving digital spaces. You will act as the voice of the brand within communities while ensuring a safe, active, and value-driven environment aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and moderate multiple Discord communities and Web3 social hubs
Develop and execute community engagement strategies to increase participation and retention
Create interactive content such as polls, AMAs, discussions, and announcements
Monitor community sentiment and provide feedback to internal teams
Collaborate with marketing, product, and development teams to align messaging
Identify and engage key community influencers and ambassadors
Handle conflict resolution, moderation, and enforcement of community guidelines
Organize virtual events, NFT drops, token-related discussions, and live sessions
Track and report community growth metrics and engagement analytics
Stay updated on Web3 trends, blockchain projects, and decentralized ecosystems

Required Skills and Qualifications

Strong experience managing Discord communities or similar platforms
Deep understanding of Web3, blockchain, NFTs, DAOs, or crypto ecosystems
Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage online communities in real-time with professionalism
Familiarity with moderation tools, bots, and community analytics tools
Creative mindset with ability to engage diverse digital audiences
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
Self-motivated with ability to work independently in a remote environment

Experience

2–4 years of experience in community management, social media management, or digital engagement roles
Prior experience in Web3, crypto projects, or decentralized communities is highly preferred

Working Hours

Fully remote position
Flexible working hours with occasional availability required for global community events
May require participation in live events across different time zones

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Strong understanding of Discord server architecture and community tools
Knowledge of blockchain fundamentals and decentralized ecosystems
Ability to analyze engagement metrics and community behavior
High emotional intelligence and ability to manage online interactions effectively
Strong organizational skills and multitasking capability
