Job Summary
HR Talent Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Remote Content Moderator to join our Global Safety Team. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining a safe, respectful, and compliant online environment by reviewing user-generated content across digital platforms. You will ensure that all content aligns with community guidelines, legal standards, and company policies while working remotely with a global team.
Key Responsibilities

Review and moderate user-generated content including text, images, videos, and comments

Identify and remove content that violates platform policies or community standards

Escalate sensitive, harmful, or borderline cases to senior moderators or policy teams

Maintain accuracy and consistency while handling high volumes of content

Document moderation decisions clearly in internal systems

Stay updated on policy changes, safety guidelines, and regional compliance requirements

Collaborate with global safety and trust teams to improve moderation processes

Identify patterns of abuse and report emerging risks or threats
Required Skills and Qualifications

Strong attention to detail and ability to make quick, accurate decisions

Excellent written communication skills in English

Ability to remain neutral and objective when reviewing sensitive content

Strong understanding of online safety principles and digital responsibility

Basic computer literacy and ability to learn moderation tools quickly

Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Strong emotional resilience when handling disturbing or sensitive content
Experience
-
0–2 years of experience in content moderation, customer support, trust & safety, or related fields preferred

Freshers with strong analytical and communication skills are encouraged to apply
Working Hours

Full-time remote position

Rotational shifts (including weekends and holidays as required)

Flexible scheduling based on global team coverage requirements
