Job Summary

OneTech Associates is seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate Remote Customer Intake Coordinator to support our Telehealth operations. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for patients accessing virtual healthcare services. You will be responsible for gathering, verifying, and documenting patient information accurately while ensuring a smooth and supportive onboarding experience into our telehealth system. This position plays a critical role in maintaining service efficiency and delivering high-quality patient care coordination in a remote environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and process incoming patient intake requests via phone, email, and online platforms
  • Collect and verify patient demographic, medical, and insurance information
  • Schedule telehealth appointments and coordinate with healthcare providers
  • Ensure accurate entry of patient data into electronic health record (EHR) systems
  • Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and data privacy standards
  • Assist patients with onboarding to telehealth platforms and troubleshoot basic access issues
  • Route clinical or urgent concerns to appropriate medical staff
  • Follow up with patients regarding appointment confirmations and documentation requirements
  • Maintain organized digital records and update case statuses in real time

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
  • Ability to quickly learn healthcare software and telehealth platforms
  • Customer service mindset with empathy and patience
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Basic understanding of healthcare terminology (preferred)

Experience

  • 0–2 years of experience in customer service, healthcare support, call center, or administrative roles preferred
  • Freshers with strong communication and computer skills are encouraged to apply

Working Hours

  • Full-time remote position
  • Flexible shifts including morning, evening, or rotational schedules based on operational needs
  • Occasional weekend availability may be required

  • Understanding of patient intake processes and healthcare workflows
  • Familiarity with telehealth systems or willingness to learn quickly
  • Strong problem-solving skills in handling patient queries
