Job Summary
HR Talent Solutions is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Remote Customer Success Representative to support our SaaS clients through non-voice, chat-based communication channels. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless customer experience by assisting users, resolving product-related queries, and helping clients maximize the value of our software solutions. This is a fully remote position ideal for professionals who excel in written communication and enjoy problem-solving in a fast-paced digital environment.
Key Responsibilities

Provide real-time customer support via live chat, email, and ticketing systems (no phone calls required)

Assist customers with SaaS platform navigation, troubleshooting, and feature guidance

Resolve customer inquiries efficiently while maintaining high-quality service standards

Document customer interactions and update internal knowledge bases

Collaborate with technical and product teams to escalate and resolve complex issues

Monitor customer feedback and contribute to improving user experience

Ensure timely follow-ups and closure of support tickets

Required Skills and Qualifications

Strong understanding of customer service principles

Experience

1–3 years of experience in customer support, SaaS support, or chat-based service roles preferred
