Job Summary

BrightCall Solutions is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Remote Customer Support Associate to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals who excel at communication, problem-solving, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a key representative of our brand, you will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure high levels of satisfaction while working in a fully remote environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat channels
  • Resolve product or service issues by clarifying customer concerns and determining appropriate solutions
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams when necessary
  • Provide product and service information to customers with clarity and professionalism
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and company policies
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve customer experience
  • Meet individual and team performance targets, including response time and resolution metrics

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and customer support tools
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting
  • High level of professionalism and patience

Experience

  • Minimum 1โ€“2 years of experience in customer service or a related field preferred
  • Experience in remote or virtual support roles is an added advantage
  • Freshers with strong communication skills and willingness to learn may also apply

Working Hours

  • Flexible shift options including day, evening, and night shifts
