Job Summary
HR Talent Solutions is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Remote Data Analyst to support our e-commerce business intelligence and reporting functions. The ideal candidate will transform raw data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making, improve customer experience, and optimize business performance across digital sales channels. Key Responsibilities

Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple e-commerce platforms and internal systems

Develop, maintain, and automate dashboards and reports using BI tools

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, traffic, sales trends, and customer behavior

Identify patterns, trends, and anomalies to provide actionable business insights

Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to support data-driven decision-making

Build and optimize data models for reporting and forecasting purposes

Present findings in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders and leadership teams

Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting systems
Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field

Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation

Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker

Solid understanding of Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and analysis

Familiarity with e-commerce metrics and digital analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics)

Experience

2–5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or related roles
