Job Summary
HR Talent Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and creative Remote Email Marketer with strong expertise in Klaviyo and Mailchimp platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing email marketing campaigns that drive engagement, conversions, and customer retention. This role requires a data-driven mindset, strong copywriting abilities, and hands-on experience in automation workflows and segmentation strategies.
Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and manage end-to-end email marketing campaigns using Klaviyo and Mailchimp

Develop automated email flows such as welcome series, abandoned cart, post-purchase, and re-engagement campaigns

Create engaging email content, subject lines, and A/B testing variations to improve open and click-through rates

Segment audiences based on behavior, demographics, and purchase history

Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics (CTR, conversion rates, ROI)

Optimize deliverability and maintain email list hygiene

Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure brand consistency

Stay updated with email marketing trends, tools, and best practices
Required Skills and Qualifications

Proven experience with Klaviyo and/or Mailchimp (mandatory)

Strong understanding of email marketing automation and lifecycle campaigns

Excellent copywriting and communication skills

Knowledge of A/B testing, segmentation, and personalization strategies

Familiarity with email deliverability best practices

Ability to interpret analytics and performance data

Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for email formatting (preferred)

Experience

2–5 years of experience in email marketing, digital marketing, or CRM roles

Prior experience in e-commerce or SaaS email marketing is highly desirable
Working Hours

Fully Remote Position

Flexible working hours with a requirement to overlap at least 4–5 hours with standard business time zones (US/UK preferred depending on campaigns)

Monday to Friday with occasional weekend campaign support if required
