Job Summary
OneTech Associates is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Remote Financial Accountant (CPA Required) to join our growing finance team. This role is responsible for managing financial reporting, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and supporting strategic financial decision-making. Key Responsibilities

Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

Ensure compliance with GAAP/IFRS and regulatory requirements

Manage general ledger activities, journal entries, and reconciliations

Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll accounting processes

Conduct financial audits and coordinate with external auditors

Develop and maintain financial controls and procedures

Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management

Monitor cash flow and financial performance metrics

Ensure timely tax filings and compliance with local and international tax regulations
Required Skills and Qualifications

Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation – mandatory

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations

Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, or similar)

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

Experience

Minimum of 3–5 years of professional accounting experience
