Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate financial statements, reports, and summaries for international clients
• Handle accounts payable and receivable processes efficiently
• Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards (such as IFRS, GAAP)
• Assist clients with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
• Perform tax calculations and support tax filing requirements where applicable
• Maintain confidentiality of financial data and sensitive client information
• Communicate effectively with clients across different time zones

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or similar tools
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication skills in English (written and verbal)
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts

Experience

• Minimum 0–3 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or finance roles
• Freshers with strong academic background and practical knowledge are encouraged to apply
• Experience working with international clients or remote teams is an advantage

Working Hours

• Flexible working hours based on client requirements
