Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Strong understanding of product management frameworks and agile methodologies.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in product management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar.
Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a remote setting.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Experience

1–5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a freelance or remote capacity.
Experience working with international clients or distributed teams is highly desirable.
Proven track record of successfully launching and managing digital products or MVPs.

Working Hours

Flexible working hours based on client requirements.
Availability for meetings across different time zones (primarily US, UK, and EU clients).
Freelance, project-based engagements with potential for long-term collaboration.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and product lifecycle management.
Ability to adapt quickly to different industries and client needs.
High level of self-motivation and accountability in a remote work environment.
