Job Summary

HR Talent Solutions is seeking a motivated and results-driven Remote Lead Generation Specialist to support our real estate client operations in the US market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential property buyers, sellers, and investors through digital outreach and lead generation tools. This role is fully remote and requires strong communication skills, persistence, and a deep understanding of real estate lead pipelines.


Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential real estate leads in the US market
  • Conduct outbound outreach via email, calls, social media, and CRM tools
  • Qualify leads based on client-defined criteria (budget, intent, location, timeline)
  • Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate lead data
  • Schedule appointments or calls between qualified leads and real estate agents
  • Follow up consistently to nurture long-term prospects
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve lead quality
  • Track and report weekly lead generation performance metrics

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills
  • Experience with lead generation, telemarketing, or sales (real estate preferred)
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar)
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Strong research and internet navigation skills
  • Basic understanding of US real estate market trends is a plus
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities

Experience

  • 1–3 years of experience in lead generation, sales, or customer acquisition
  • Prior experience in real estate lead generation is highly preferred
  • Freshers with strong communication and sales mindset may also be considered

Working Hours

  • Fully Remote Position
  • US Time Zone Alignment (EST/PST flexibility required)
  • 5–6 working days per week
  • Flexible shifts based on campaign requirements

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Understanding of sales funnels and lead qualification processes
  • Ability to handle objections and engage prospects effectively
  • Proficiency in digital communication tools and CRM platforms
  • Strong analytical mindset for evaluating lead quality
  • Self-motivated with the ability to meet or exceed targets
  • High attention to detail in data entry and reporting
