HR Talent Solutions is seeking a highly motivated Remote Lead Generation – LinkedIn Outreach Expert to drive business growth through strategic prospecting and relationship building on LinkedIn. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying qualified leads, engaging potential clients, and nurturing conversations that convert into sales opportunities. The ideal candidate is results-driven, understands B2B outreach dynamics, and is skilled in crafting compelling messages that generate responses and meetings.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute targeted LinkedIn outreach campaigns to generate qualified leads

Identify and research potential prospects across relevant industries and markets

Create personalized connection requests and follow-up messages

Maintain and manage a structured pipeline of leads using CRM tools

Engage with prospects through meaningful conversations to build trust and interest

Required Skills and Qualifications
