Job Summary
HR Talent Solutions is seeking a highly driven and detail-oriented Remote Lead Sourcer to support our executive search practice. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying high-caliber candidates for senior and executive-level positions across multiple industries. You will play a critical role in building strong talent pipelines and supporting consultants in delivering top-tier recruitment solutions to global clients.
This is a fully remote position ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, research-intensive, and performance-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities

Identify and source executive-level candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, databases, and other sourcing platforms

Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future leadership roles

Conduct initial outreach to passive candidates and assess interest levels

Screen candidates for basic suitability before passing them to consultants

Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

Collaborate closely with executive recruiters and hiring managers

Map industry talent pools and conduct competitor benchmarking

Continuously improve sourcing strategies using market research and analytics

Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the sourcing process
Required Skills and Qualifications

Strong experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced Boolean search techniques

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Strong research and analytical abilities

Ability to work independently in a remote environment

High attention to detail and organizational skills

Familiarity with ATS platforms and sourcing tools

Understanding of executive recruitment processes is an advantage

Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
Experience

2–5 years of experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, or executive search preferred

Experience in agency recruitment or headhunting is highly desirable

Prior exposure to international hiring markets is a plus
