Job Summary
MNC JOBS INFO is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Remote MIS Data Entry and Reporting Executive to support business operations through accurate data management and insightful reporting. This role is ideal for individuals who are highly organized, possess strong numerical and analytical abilities, and are comfortable working with large datasets in a remote environment. The selected candidate will play a critical role in maintaining data integrity, generating reports, and assisting management in decision-making processes.
Key Responsibilities

Accurately enter, update, and maintain large volumes of data in internal systems and spreadsheets

Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management review

Analyze data trends and prepare dashboards to support business decisions

Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness across all reports

Coordinate with different departments to collect and verify data

Identify discrepancies and resolve data-related issues promptly

Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive business information

Automate routine reporting tasks where possible using tools like Excel or other MIS software
Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, charts)

Familiarity with MIS reporting tools and data management systems

Experience

0–3 years of experience in MIS reporting, data entry, or a similar role
