Job Summary
IT Sight Technologies is seeking a highly organized and client-focused Remote NDIS Plan Manager with a strong emphasis on Support Coordination. This role is ideal for professionals passionate about empowering individuals with disabilities to maximize their NDIS plans effectively. You will act as a key liaison between participants, service providers, and stakeholders, ensuring seamless financial management and support coordination aligned with NDIS guidelines.
Key Responsibilities

Manage and monitor NDIS participant budgets, ensuring accurate allocation and utilization of funds

Process invoices, claims, and payments in compliance with NDIS regulations

Provide proactive support coordination to help participants connect with suitable service providers

Maintain up-to-date financial records and generate reports for participants and stakeholders

Assist participants in understanding their NDIS plans and making informed decisions

Build strong relationships with service providers, ensuring quality service delivery

Ensure compliance with all relevant NDIS standards and policies
-
Resolve participant queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner

Identify opportunities to improve participant outcomes through effective plan utilization
Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Healthcare Administration, Finance, or a related field (preferred)

Strong understanding of the NDIS framework and guidelines

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

High level of attention to detail and organizational skills

Proficiency in financial management systems and MS Office tools

Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Experience
-
Minimum 2–4 years of experience in NDIS Plan Management, Support Coordination, or a similar role

Experience handling financial processes such as invoicing, budgeting, and reconciliation

Proven track record of working with people with disabilities or within community services
Working Hours

Fully remote position

Flexible working hours with availability during standard business hours (Monday to Friday)

Occasional coordination across different time zones may be required
