Job Summary
HR Talent Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Remote Payroll Specialist – Multi-Country Processing to manage end-to-end payroll operations across multiple international regions. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate, compliant, and timely payroll execution while maintaining adherence to country-specific labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

Process monthly payroll for employees across multiple countries with high accuracy

Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, statutory requirements, and labor laws

Manage payroll inputs including salaries, bonuses, deductions, reimbursements, and benefits

Coordinate with HR, Finance, and external payroll vendors for seamless payroll execution

Maintain and update employee payroll records in HRIS/payroll systems

Reconcile payroll reports and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner

Handle payroll queries from employees across different regions

Support audits by preparing required payroll documentation and reports

Ensure confidentiality and secure handling of sensitive employee data

Stay updated on international payroll regulations and compliance changes
Required Skills and Qualifications

Strong knowledge of multi-country payroll processing

Understanding of taxation, social security, and statutory compliance frameworks

Proficiency in payroll systems (e.g., ADP, SAP, Workday, or similar tools)

Experience

Minimum 2–5 years of experience in payroll processing
