Job Summary

HR Talent Solutions is seeking a highly organized and proactive Remote Project Assistant to support our Agile Marketing Team. In this role, you will assist in coordinating marketing projects, tracking deliverables, supporting sprint planning activities, and ensuring seamless communication between cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, thrives in a fast-paced digital environment, and has a strong understanding of Agile workflows within marketing operations.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in planning, scheduling, and tracking Agile marketing sprints and deliverables
Coordinate with designers, content creators, and digital marketers to ensure project alignment
Maintain project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana) with updated task statuses
Support daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
Monitor project timelines and escalate delays or risks when necessary
Prepare reports, dashboards, and performance summaries for marketing leadership
Ensure smooth communication across remote teams in different time zones
Assist in documentation of workflows, processes, and campaign requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban preferred)
Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Trello
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (SEO, social media, content marketing)
Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Experience

1–3 years of experience in project coordination, marketing support, or administrative roles preferred
Fresh graduates with strong internship experience in Agile or marketing teams may also apply

Fully remote position
