Job Summary
HR Talent Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Remote Quality Assurance (QA) Tester – Mobile Apps to ensure the quality, performance, and usability of mobile applications across Android and iOS platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying bugs, verifying functionality, and ensuring that applications meet both technical specifications and user expectations before release. This role is fully remote and offers an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced digital environment supporting global clients.
Key Responsibilities

Execute manual and exploratory testing on mobile applications (iOS and Android).

Identify, document, and track software defects using bug tracking tools.

Collaborate with developers, product managers, and UX teams to ensure timely issue resolution.

Design and maintain detailed test cases, test plans, and test scripts.

Perform regression, functional, usability, and performance testing.

Validate new features and ensure they align with business requirements.

Re-test bug fixes and ensure issues are properly resolved.

Provide clear and structured QA reports to stakeholders.

Participate in sprint planning and agile ceremonies when required.

Continuously improve testing processes and quality standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.

Hands-on experience testing mobile applications (Android and iOS).

Familiarity with bug tracking tools such as Jira, Bugzilla, or Trello.

Good knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing life cycle (STLC).

Ability to write clear, concise, and comprehensive test cases and reports.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent attention to detail and critical thinking ability.

Good communication skills in English (written and verbal).

Basic understanding of APIs and client-server architecture is a plus.
Experience

1–3 years of experience in software quality assurance or mobile app testing preferred.

Fresh graduates with strong technical aptitude and passion for QA may also apply.
